Information relating to aspects of relevance to data protection in accordance with the German General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from 25.5.2018 when using our website www.wagnerlaser.de / www.wagnerlaser.com.
Responsibility:
Wagner Lasertechnik GmbH
Riesenburgstraße 6
D-78083 Dauchingen
Data is processed in order to be able to present the contents of the website. The legal basis for processing the data in question is to safeguard legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (f) of the GDPR and to carry out pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 (b) of the GDPR should you request them.
We undertake to delete the data in question immediately upon termination of contact with you. Should you withdraw your consent before then, the data in question will be deleted immediately provided there are no other legal grounds for processing this data.
You are entitled to request information about this data, to correct, delete or limit it and to data portability.
You are entitled to complain to the supervisory body.
The provision of personal data by yourself is not stipulated by law or contract and is not required for a contract to be concluded. You are not obliged to provide data. If you do not provide data, it is possible that you will not be able to access our website in part or in whole or see the contents accordingly.
We do not deploy automated decision-making or profiling. The use of Google Analytics, on the basis of which no decisions of legal consequence to you are however made, is explained below.
Security
We would like to point out that online data transfers (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may not be totally secure. We cannot fully protect data from access by third parties.
Advertising
We hereby expressly object to third parties using the contact details published as part of our duty to provide a legal notice to send us unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited receipt of advertising, via spam for example.
Data processing, collection of usage data
Whenever a page on our website is accessed and whenever a file is called up, process-related access data is stored in a log file on our server. The following is collected for a limited period of 7 days:
  • the page from which the file was requested
  • the name of the file
  • time and date of the request
  • the amount of data transferred
  • access status (transfer file, file not found etc.)
  • a description of the type of web browser used
  • operating system used
  • IP address of the host/client system accessing the file

This stored data may be evaluated for statistical purposes and to improve our products and services.

We collect this data for purely statistical evaluations to continually improve our website. These evaluations are conducted strictly in an anonymised/pseudonymised form.
We collect the entire IP address for a period of 7 days in order to protect our IT infrastructure from attacks and to continuously and securely maintain operation and, if necessary, to be able to track illegal content from users (see commentary function).
Only a server administrator can access this data. If still available, data is only issued to law enforcement authorities if there is a court order demanding it.
We do not collect data in the sense of the data preservation discussed.
The network used can be traced through the IP address. For the majority of instances of access, it is possible to determine which provider is accessing our website (e.g. Deutsche Telekom, Alice, Freenet, KabelBW, …). For companies operating their own networks, it is possible for data stored in line with current legal requirements, such as the name and headquarters of the company, to be queried from public databases. We sometimes use this data in real time to tailor pages on our website more towards specific target groups. These instances of access/this data are not stored.
Contact form
You can contact us using various contact forms provided on our website. If you do so, we would very much like to respond. We require your explicit consent for us to do so.
Voluntary consent and withdrawal of consent
The forms of consent stated below are provided on a fully voluntary basis. You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent has no impact on the legitimacy of any data processing performed on the basis of your consent before you withdrew it. You can inform us of your withdrawal of consent by e-mail, for example.
Data in question:
All the data you have provided in our contact forms. Also data required for technical purposes, your IP address, the time and date.
If you have entered an address, phone number, fax number or e-mail address in a form, you agree to us contacting you for the stated purpose via one of these channels of communication.
When you submit a query to us by e-mail via the web server, you hereby agree to us receiving the data in question for the purposes stated. We will handle the data as we would when receiving an e-mail. In other words, depending on the content of the message, it is forwarded to the internal department responsible where it is then processed.
If need be, we will share the data with third parties in order for them to directly communicate via the website with you by phone, fax, e-mail or post (e.g. we will share such data with the provider of your e-mail service).
You furthermore hereby agree to the data being passed on, for technical data collection, via a rented Internet server in a computer centre (Host Europe GmbH, Hansestr. 111, 51149 Cologne, Germany) from where it is forwarded to us by e-mail.
